Site Update: Ulduar Raid Twitter
In a moment of what must have been pure brilliance or stupidity I’ve decided to jump on the Twitter bandwagon and start up a twitter based largely around raiding. It will contain my moments of fail, success, strategy tidbits, and general Lulz. To access this swell feature click on the “Ulduar Raid Twitter” link in the sidebar to the left.
Here’s a preview:
The Lich King’s Wrath May Exclude China
source: Eurogamer.net
Wrath of the Lich King has reportedly been refused twice by the Chinese government. The reason is that a major portion of WotLK is full of big mean old nasty UNDEAD. It’s been around the Internet a couple thousand times that for WoW to be released in China originally, they had to edit the undead race’s models to get rid of the bones, because showing them is taboo. The latest issue seems like it may be a bigger challenge to fix however as it seems to be based on the amount of undead related content in the expansion. It also seems that the Wrathgate event, in which you raid Undercity, to beat off an army of undead baddies was too much for them to handle.
One of the most amusing things is the Death Knight class wasn’t even submitted, I guess Blizz had a feeling they might be against a class of UNDEAD people who summoned more UNDEAD and had a hometown inhabited entirely with UNDEAD.
Posting this late, like a late night snack. Sindy’s dead. That’s 11/12 HM bosses down, and just. one. left. over. We’re lookin’ at you LK, and I bet you’d be tasty with mustard and swiss.
